They were replaced by Trojan.Agent which I hadn't been infected with before. I didn't do anything to remove them, they just seem to have disappeared. However, just recently MalwareBytes stopped finding Trojan.Metajuan and Malware.Trace. I did some research and it sounds as though it's a common problem. However, there are 3 items of malware which reappear every time I remove them. I managed to get infected with AntiVirus 2008, and have been able to remove most of it on my own.
